PLANS AND HOSTING

During a Website Design service involving a new build or complete redesign, we curate the site on a Hosting Platform: Shopify or SquareSpace.
Hosting platforms charge annual fees to publish your site. We do not place any disbursements on these subscriptions. Our clients create their own account with their chosen platform after the project is finalised, enter their payment details, and are billed directly.
We will recommend the best hosting subscription suited to your business as each platform and plan has different inclusions, however we do suggest you browse options prior to starting the Onboarding Process with us so that you can note any plan preferences.
As we are official SQUARESPACE PLATINUM PARTNERS (the highest qualifying Circle Rank) our Website Service clients receive 25% off any new SquareSpace Subscriptions and add-ons such as Scheduling services.
THE ELOA PROJECT PROCESS
PHASE ONE
As a member of our community, you’ll receive access to our exclusive Project Management Platform, an online space for you to access information and educational resources, learn how to self manage your content and start the onboarding process.
You’ll provide us with any collateral, and complete a Questionnaire to communicate your preferences, goals and any details you envision for your content.
PHASE TWO
We start work on your project! Your first draft will be presented to you to explore and approve, and you will then have the opportunity to request any updates within your allocated review time.
Your review plan will be confirmed with you, and we will provide further information if necessary. We complete any required updates and present the project for final design approval.
PHASE THREE
Once you provide your final design approval, you’ll action any required subscriptions and your project will then be complete.
Following project completion, you are welcome to reach out to us for any further content updates and additions, marketing + communication strategy support services and/or one-on-one educational training sessions for self management support.
